During the quieter winter months, Rhossili changes pace — and so do we.
To reduce waste and continue operating sustainably, we move to a smaller seasonal menu throughout winter. From February half term onwards, as visitors return and the season begins again, we gradually reintroduce our full menu.
This approach allows us to maintain quality, minimise waste, and ensure The View can continue welcoming guests all year round.
